Meet the Team

Kanwaljit is the Registered Manager and has worked at Longview since 2011, starting as a Care Assistant, working up to Deputy Manager and is now the Registered Manager and the Domiciliary Care Manager. She has been the Registered Manager at Longview Care Home since February 2020. Kanwaljit has a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery in India and worked as a nurse for 10 years in India before moving to the UK.

Kanwaljit is very experienced in dealing with residents with Dementia and is committed to giving them the best quality of life.

Amy Clark is one of the Commercial Directors and has worked for the business since December 2019.

Prior to that, she studied Law at Cardiff University and qualified as a solicitor in 2000. She specialises in Employment Law. She also successfully ran her own guest house business. She works across the Homes in all aspects of the business but takes particular responsibility for legal and staffing issues.

Tipson is the Operations Manager and has a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery in India and worked as a nurse in India for 10 years before moving to the UK. Tipson has worked at Longview since 2020. Before this he worked as the Senior Carer at a local care home for 9 years.

Tipson is very experienced in dealing with residents with Dementia. He has an NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3.

Chloe is the Senior Lead and has worked at Longview since 2017, starting as a Care Assistant, thriving in this role she worked her way up and is now lead to the senior team.

Chloe is first point of contact for most professionals and families.

Kerry has worked at Longview since 2020. Kerry assists Kanwaljit and the team in the running of the home.

Kerry has an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration and has completed the Care Certificate.

Jyoti is one of our Deputy Manager’s, supporting Kanwaljit. Jyoti has a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery in India and worked as a nurse for 2 years in India before moving to the UK and completing a masters’ in Science, whilst working for another care home.

Jyoti has worked at Longview since 2021.

Sarita is one of our Deputy Manager’s, supporting Kanwaljit. Sarita has a Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery in India and worked as a nurse for 3 years in India before moving to the UK and completing an International Master of Business Administration.

Sarita moved to Cornwall and joined Longview in 2021.

Susanne is one of the Domestic staff members, responsible for residents’ laundry and for keeping Longview clean and tidy.

Susanne has worked at Longview since 2013 and has an NVQ in cleaning.
